Down the Ladder Conditioning Intervals

Tuesday is a conditioning focus at The Training Room and we will be bringing you ladder conditioning intervals (ladder down variety)

The object here is to pick up your intensity as you ladder down on the intervals with each round.

Your intervals per round will look like this…

  1. 2 minutes on 1 minute off
  2. 1:30 on 45 seconds off
  3. 1 minute on 30 seconds off
  4. 30 seconds on 15 seconds off

The CIRCUIT

  • Row
  • Bike
  • Ski
  • Jump rope, Jumping jacks, Step ups, squat thrust, kettlebell stuff (long cycle, snatch, clean etc)

ROW for HOPE is scheduled for May 18.

Put your name on the board at the gym and stay tuned for registration.

This years format is completely different.

We will be rowing for 1 hour and going for max distance in meters.

As usual, there will be solo, 2 person, 3 person and 4 person team categories.
