Let’s crank up our game on Friday at The Training Room and hit the cardio deck with authority!
Happy Friday!
Once again…here are a few health reminders!
- Get 7 hours or more of sleep per night.
- Drink half of your body weight in onces of water.
- Walk daily (30-60 minutes)
- Take time to stretch after class.
- Don’t force movement that causes pain.
- Work on your weaknesses.
- Go outside your comfort zone and try new things.
- Eat real food (Food shop on the outskirts of the foodstore and stay away middle isles where processed foods are)
