We have a strength workout to get you PUMPED up mid week!

We are also looking to bring back the Student Athlete Middle and High School Class in January!  Stay tuned for more details and to register!

Let’s Go!!  Keep it SIMPLE!

1 minute ON / 1 minute Active Recovery:

Strength Circuit:

1. Swings, cleans, snatches, or single leg deadlifts

2. Press Choice (Overhead, Push up, Floor Press, etc.)

3. Step-Ups, Rows (L/R), Long Cycle or slow controlled burpees

Complete 5 Total Rounds!!!
