Monday is Conditioning Day!

This workout is designed so you can choose to keep track of your reps & weight so you can MEASURE improvements over time.

When we do this workout again in 4 weeks you can try to improve in any category (reps, speed, meters, weight used, etc.).

If you don’t want to keep track this is still a GREAT conditioning workout to get the heart rate up and muscles moving.

Challenge yourself to do something a little different and get outside of your comfort zone!

EACH REP = 1 Point

Advanced Men Use 24 KG
Advanced Women Use 16 KG

Monday’s INTERVALS and TRIPLETS: 

40 Seconds Work / 20 Seconds Rest x 3 Rounds

TRIPLET 1:

  • Wall Ball or Squat Press (Double your Wall Ball Weight)
  • Ski
  • Hanging Toes to Bar,elbows to knees or Knees to Chest

TRIPLET 2:

  • Shuttle Run (10 yards = 1 point) or Jump rope (10 Revolutions = 1 point)
  • Burpees
  • High Pulls

TRIPLET 3:

  • Rower
  • Slam or Sledge
  • Step Ups
