Here’s what we’ve got for you on Monday…
Strength Supersets
30 seconds work/30 seconds rest x 5 rounds of each superset
Superset 1
- Pull choice (row or pull-up)
- Push-ups (modify or add resistance with bands or chains)
Superset 2
- Kettlebell swings
- Goblet squats or alternate leg reverse lunges
Finish with this..
30/15 x 4 rounds
- Triceps
- Abs
- Biceps
- Cardio choice
