Here’s a great workout to kick off another great week.
Hopefully we’ll get outside a little today and blast through this conditioning workout.
If you don’t have a rower, you can run.
Get through this workout as fast as possible.
- Row 500,400,300,200,100 meters
- 20/16/12/8/4 reps
Start on the rower for a 500, then do 20 reps of
- pull ups, or jumping pull ups
- slamball or sledge hammer hits
- Kettlebell swings
- Burpees
Row 400 m, then 16 reps of
- pull ups or jumping pull ups
- slam ball or sledge hits
- kettlebell swings
- burpees
Row 300 m, then 12 reps of everything, then 200 and 8 reps, then 100 m and 4 reps
