Here’s a great workout to kick off another great week.

Hopefully we’ll get outside a little today and blast through this conditioning workout.

If you don’t have a rower, you can run.

Get through this workout as fast as possible.

  • Row 500,400,300,200,100 meters
  • 20/16/12/8/4 reps

Start on the rower for a 500, then do 20 reps of

  • pull ups, or jumping pull ups
  • slamball or sledge hammer hits
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Burpees

Row 400 m, then 16 reps of

  • pull ups or jumping pull ups
  • slam ball or sledge hits
  • kettlebell swings
  • burpees

Row 300 m, then 12 reps of everything, then 200 and 8 reps, then 100 m and 4 reps
