We’ll start out with a our 2 round circuit warm up to to get acclimated to the workout.

I’ll put a video up of this today.

Today’s workout is an eight station, four round conditioning circuit that will use a kettlebell, med ball, and bands.

We’ll decrease the recovery interval with each round.

We’ll take one minute rest between rounds.  Take more if you need it.

The work/rest intervals will look like this for each round:

  1. 30/25
  2. 30/20
  3. 25/15
  4. 20/10

Here’s the circuit:

  1. Band swimmers
  2. Ceiling/wall ball/thrusters
  3. Sprint in place
  4. Power v-sit
  5. alternate band rows
  6. kettlebell swings
  7. squat thrust (burpee with no push up)
  8. Russian twist (with or without med ball)
