Hope everyone had a great weekend.

We’re looking forward to a great week of training.

We’ll kick the week off with one of our classic kettlebell and body weight conditioning workouts.

Do your joint mobility, then warm up with some basic kettlebell and body weight movements to get ready.

A basic kettlebell and body weight warm up might look like this: 20 seconds work/15 seconds rest x 2 rounds

  • kettlebell swings
  • push ups
  • kettlebell high pulls
  • presses
  • jumping jacks/burpees on the second round
  • goblet squats
  • mountain climbers
  • snatches r/l
  • bicycles

Here’s the workout.

Get as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of the following:

  • Burpees 5
  • kettlebell snatches 5/5
  • mountain climbers 15
  • Swings 20

Here’s a cool body weight version:

  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 box jumps or drop squats
  • 15 mountain climbers
  • 20 jumping jacks

Be creative and come up with your own variations.
