We’ll start with our usual joint mobility and then we’ll hit a 2 round circuit warm up.

In honor of June 5th’s Farmer walk challenge we will be hitting some mobile workouts that will involve running and carrying heavy objects around the block.

For those of you who are getting up early and the morning, reading this workout and thinking that you may not want to participate…..

Suck it up and come in anyway!

You’ll be sorry you didn’t

Partner up, and do everything with your partner.

You go, then your partner goes, if you are doing this solo, you will go half the distance.

  • Start out with a mile run or row with your partner.
  • Then, you will carry a sandbag or heavy med ball for 1,200 meters alternating turns with your partner.
  • Then, do an 800 meter farmer walk alternating turns with your partner.
  • Finish with 400 meters of walking lunges alternating with your partner.
