6 minutes at each couplet, alternating back and forth for 15 seconds of work/15 seconds rest.
Take 1 minute rest after completing the 6 minute couplet and move on to the next.
- Ring rows/ring push ups
- Reverse lunges R/L (15 seconds R/15 seconds L, holding your kettlebell)
- Kettlebell push press R/L (15 seconds R/15 seconds L)
- Kettlebell snatch R/L
- V-sit and sit up and reach
