20 seconds of work with a 10 second rest between each station.  We’ll take a 30 second rest between rounds if needed.

  1. Jumping pull ups
  2. Kettlebell push press
  3. Kettlebell snatch
  4. Burpees or mountain climbers
  5. Kettlebell swings
  6. Slam ball
