Metcon Couplets

6 rounds at each couplet. 

Do 25 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest alternating between exercises in each couplet.

Take 2 minutes rest between each 6 round couplet.

  1. Jumping pull ups/D-ball thrusters
  2. Rower/Burpees
  3. Kettlebell swings/ mountain climbers

Our Labor Day Workout will take place at 8am on Monday.
