Here’s what it will look like:
20/10 x 10 sets of each of these couplets
Couplet 1 (20/10 x 10 sets)
- Jump pull or high pulll
- Mountain climbers
Couplet 2 (20/10 x 10 sets)
- Skaters
- Slam ball
Couplet 3 (20/10 x 10 sets)
- Drop squats
- twist, rotate or bend choice
Couplet 4 (20/10 x 10 sets)
- Swings
- knees to chest
Couplet 5 (20/10 x 10 sets)
- Bike x 5
- ski x 5
