Intense Interval Training

Wednesday you are in for a treat with some super efficient and effective interval training!

These 20/10 Triplets are going to leave you feeling fine!

20/10 x 5 Triplets

Triplet 1:

  • Swing /
  • slam ball or squat press /
  • jump rope or jumping jacks

Triplet 2:

  • Drop squats
  • Mt. Or crawl
  • skaters or lateral steps:

Triplet 3:

  • Jump or fast assisted pull-ups
  • crab toe touch, knees to chest or sit through
  • run in place or shuttle run

Rest 2 Minutes between each triplet!  Let us know how you do!

Training Room Classic Conditioning

4 rounds with the following intervals and a minute rest between rounds.

  1. 30/25
  2. 30/20
  3. 30/15
  4. 30/10

 Training Room Conditioning Circuit will look like this (choose your options):

  • High-pulls, cleans, light deads, broad or box jump
  • Kettlebell or dumbbell push-press, or push-up plank
  • Sit throughs, crab toes, or bicycles
  • Jump rope/rope flow or jacks
  • Chair step-ups, walk or jump lunge
  • Mountain climb or crawl/slide etc
  • knee slaps or but kickers
  • lateral steps, lateral squat or lateral hops

Rest 1 minute between each circuit!
