We will be repeating the last 4 week training block starting with strength supersets!

As usual…let’s get after it this week!

Here’s what we’ve got for you at The Training Room on Monday…

Here are a few upper and lower body push and pull choices for you….

Strength Supersets

30 seconds work/30 seconds rest x 5 rounds of each superset

Superset 1

  • Pull choice (row or pull-up)
  • Push-ups (modify or add resistance with bands or chains)

Superset 2

  • Kettlebell swings
  • Goblet squats or alternate leg reverse lunges

Finish with this..

30/15 x 4 rounds

  • Triceps
  • Abs
  • Biceps
  • Cardio choice
