Here’s what we’ve got…

60/30 x 4 rounds of this combo circuit.

  • Ring row or pull-up (30 seconds of movement with a 30 second static hold)
  • Bike (30 seconds easy 30 seconds hard)
  • Squat or split squat (30 seconds of movement with a 30 second static hold)
  • Row (30 seconds easy 30 seconds hard)
  • Push-up(30 seconds)-plank (30 seconds)
  • Versa or ski (30 seconds easy 30 seconds hard)
