Strength and Conditioning Hybrid
We’ve got a strength and conditioning hybrid set up for you on Friday!
What this simply means is that in each triplet, there will be 2 strength movements with 1 conditioning exercise.
Here’s Friday’s workout…
30/20 x 4 rounds of each strength and conditioning triplet.
Triplet 1
- Ring row or kettlebell row
- Squat choice
- Bike
Triplet 2
- Press choice or push up
- Swing, hinge or snatch
- Ski erg
Triplet 3
- Rower
- Ab choice
- Med ball or Bulgarian bag rotations
