Strength and Conditioning Hybrid

We’ve got a strength and conditioning hybrid set up for you on Friday!

What this simply means is that in each triplet, there will be 2 strength movements with 1 conditioning exercise.

Here’s Friday’s workout…

30/20 x 4 rounds of each strength and conditioning triplet.

Triplet 1

  • Ring row or kettlebell row
  • Squat choice
  • Bike

Triplet 2

  • Press choice or push up
  • Swing, hinge or snatch
  • Ski erg

Triplet 3

  • Rower
  • Ab choice
  • Med ball or Bulgarian bag rotations
