Strength and Conditioning Triplets

It’s the best of both worlds with strength and conditioning triplets for Saturday!

Each triplet will be done as a 10 minute AMRAP (3 of them).

It is ALSO possible to do this one as intervals of 30/15 for 4 rounds of each triplet.

Be ready for any of those 2 options.

Tiplet 1

  • Bike
  • Ring rows
  • Ab choice

Triplet 2

  • Row of run
  • Slant board squats
  • Push-ups

Triplet 3

  • Ski erg
  • Kettlebell swing
  • Bulgarian bag swing or med ball/body weight twist
