Friday is a strength focus and we will be doing some extremely efficient strength couplets.
The work interval will be fourty seconds and the rest will be twenty.
We will mix in some cardio and abs as well.
40/20 x 5 rounds of each of these couplets will do the trick on Friday!
- Hinge choice (swing,clean,deadlift, high pull, snatch)
- Goblet squat
- Row or pull choice
- Push press or push ups
