Give this a try.  If you cannot do a pull up, do assisted pull ups with a band, or do ring/body weight rows.

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute,
two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute…
continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Yesterday was the Tactical Strength Challenge(TSC).  This is a worldwide event held in many locations around the globe. This event consisted of a max deadlift, max repetition pull ups, and max repetition kettlebell snatches in 5 minutes.  This is always a fun event.  Stay tuned for the results.
