We’ll be picking up the pace today.

Partner Tabata intervals!

This session is best done with a partner, but no big deal if you don’t have one.

Warm up with a two round circuit warm up and include the movements that you are doing in todays session.

Warm up 20 seconds work/ 20 seconds rest for two rounds of:

At home you can pick any 5-6  body weight movments you want.

  • Push ups
  • body weight squats
  • jumping jacks or jump rope or shuttle run ( half speed)
  • Rower
  • Air dyne or Watt Bike
  • Ski or Versa climb

Here’s are your Tabata stations

20 second work/10 seconds rest x 8 rounds at each station (4 minutes for each person).

One partner completes all 8 rounds then the other goes.

Motivate your partner!

As soon as both partners complete the station, move right to the next one.

The Partner who went first will be setting up at the next station.

This should be an ALL OUT effort at each station.

Here are your stations:

  • Airdyne Bike or Watt Bike
  • ski erg or versa climb
  • rower
  • shuttle run or sprint in place
