20,16,12,8 Reps between each couplet
On the rower, you'll do 500,400,300,200 meters alternating with the reps on the push ups.
Here are the couplets:
- Rower/push ups
- Jumping pull ups/D-ball thrusters
- Kettlebell snatches R/L / Mountain climbers
