Partner Ladders

Partner up!

Go though each movement going from 1 up to 10 reps, alternating with a partner. Complete all reps on one movement before moving on to the next.

  1. Kettlebell or Dumbell thrusters or Tire Flip
  2. Pull ups
  3. Push ups (Regular, ring, or Power)
  4. Low back extension
  5. Evil wheel of V-ups

Go as heavy as possible. Do quality reps!
