Do 4-5 rounds as quickly as you can, but NEVER compromise your form for speed.

  • 500 meters cardio (1,000 on the bike)
  • 40 yard crawl or 40/40 mountain climbers
  • 30 kettlebell swings
  • 20 slam ball
  • 10 step ups
