It’s a conditioning focus, so let’s go with two conditioning circuits for Friday!

Why wouldn’t we?

Circuit 1

Intervals will look like this…

  • 30/25
  • 30/20
  • 30/15
  • 30/10
  • 30/5

Here’s the circuit:

  • Jump pull or high pulls
  • Mountain climbers
  • Swings
  • Bike

Circuit 2

  • 30/25
  • 30/20
  • 30/15
  • 30/10
  • 30/5

Here’s the circuit

  • Squat or drop squat
  • Dumbbell push press
  • Knees to chest
  • Ski erg

Rest 2 minutes between each circuit.
