It’s a conditioning focus, so let’s go with two conditioning circuits for Friday!

Circuit 1
Intervals will look like this…
- 30/25
- 30/20
- 30/15
- 30/10
- 30/5
Here’s the circuit:
- Jump pull or high pulls
- Mountain climbers
- Swings
- Bike
Circuit 2
- 30/25
- 30/20
- 30/15
- 30/10
- 30/5
Here’s the circuit
- Squat or drop squat
- Dumbbell push press
- Knees to chest
- Ski erg
Rest 2 minutes between each circuit.
