Today’s training session is a great prep for the Warrior Challenge.

Speaking of…

If you haven’t signed your team up yet, do it go to the Warrior Challenge website and do so.

We need a head count for this.

We will warm up with a two round circuit warm up.

Complete 5 rounds of the following as fast as possible.

  • 400 run or row
  • 30 step-ups(15/15) or 30 walk lunges
  • 20/20 mountain climbers or 20 yd down and back bear crawl
  • 10 pull-ups or body weight rows

Advanced and Louis can complete this challenge with a weight vest.
