Today we will highlight kettlebell burpee combinations. Below is a slide show of two different combos that work great in a circuit workout for metabolic conditioning.
The first combo is the burpee/ high pull. Start by straddling the KB in a shoulder width stance, squat down so the kb is under your chest, kick the feet out and back like a regular burpee(push up is optional), grab the kb and do a high pull. Make sure to maintain the natural curve in the low back and never sacrifice good form.
The second combo is the burpee/ kb snatch. Substitute a kb snatch instead of a high pull and alternate arms.
Of coarse, these two combos can be performed Tabata style as well. Have a great day!!!!
