Let’s get the week started up with a Monday mix that will get the all the body parts and blood moving propery!

We will be combining a bit of strength with some conditioning thrown into the mix…

Triplet 1

  • Kettlebell swing or Deadlif
  • Squat choice
  • Plank choice

Triplet 2

  • Ring row
  • Push up
  • Twist, bend or rotate (Bulgarian Bag)

Triplet 3

  • Skaters
  • Squat thust, slam
  • Ab choice
