Triplet 1
- Kettlebell swing or Deadlif
- Squat choice
- Plank choice
Triplet 2
- Ring row
- Push up
- Twist, bend or rotate (Bulgarian Bag)
Triplet 3
- Skaters
- Squat thust, slam
- Ab choice
