This workout combines kettelbell, heavy D-ball, and body weight movements. Get through each couplet as quickly as possible completing the prescribed reps before moving on to the next couplet.

- Kettlebell snatches / Burpees
- Rower (calories) / D-ball slam
- Ring jumping pull ups / D-ball or kettlebell thrusters
