Strength Triplets

Your work and rest intervals will be 30/30

Complete 5 rounds of each triplet…

Triplet 1

  • Chest press
  • Deadlifts
  • Abs

Triplet 2

  • Pull ups or rows
  • Goblet squats
  • Twist or side bend

Finisher Triplet

Stationary 20/10 x 4 rounds of..

  • Kettlebell curl
  • Kettlebell triceps
  • Body weight cardio choice
