Strength Supersets Day!
One of our Training Room classic 15/15 Strength Supersets you don’t want to miss!

Hopefully you enjoyed yesterday’s classic fast paced conditioning session (we did for sure).
Make sure to watch yesterday’s video right to the end because we added some bonus stretching and love for the hips.
Many of us have jacked up hips from modern society, and we need to undo that!
Take time for self care (not beating yourself into ground each day)
Therefore, we will slow some things down a bit for Thursday with some focused strength supersets.

The strength sessions should make you feel energized aferword, not beat up!

Your STRENGTH DAY looks like this:
15 seconds work / 15 seconds rest x 10 sets (5 of each)
- Ring Rows, Pull Ups or 1 Arm Rows
- Push ups
- Ab Choice- Plank, Knees to Chest, Twist
- CardioChoice – Jump Rope, Run in Place, Rope Flow, Jumping Jacks
REPEAT for a total of 2 Rounds!
