Simple Conditioning
Hey Training Room friends!
Once again, we will be keeping our stuff simple, as it should be on Friday with simple conditioning.
If you have been paying attention, then you already know that Friday is a conditioning day.
You control your own intensity!
Choose any of our conditioning equipment, body weight movements or even kettlebell sport movements if that’s your poison!
Here are some choices for you!
- Row
- Bike
- Ski erg
- Run
- Sled push/pull
- burpees or squat thrusts
- jump rope
- kettlebell snatch
- kettlebell long cycle
- kettlebell jerk
You can also choose your own intensities (weight of kettlebell or movement intensity)
Simple conditioning intervals will be 1 minute of work with 1 minute recovery for 5 sets of 3 different conditioning or kettlebell sport movements
15 total sets for a total of 30 minutes.
