Ten Minute Couplets for Conditioning

Monday is a conditioning focus at The Training Room.

Since we have our Endless Summer Team Challenge coming up, these ten minute couplets for conditioning will give us a little taste of what’s coming up this weekend.

For Monday…

Each couplet will be done for 10 minutes.

Alternate the exercises between each one performing the appropriate amount of reps listed.

Rest 2 minutes between each couplet.

Couplet 1

  • Ski erg 10 calories
  • Bike 10 calories

Couplet 2

  • Row 10 calories
  • Choice of 10 burpees, 12 squat thrusts or 15 slam ball

Couplet 3

  • Step ups 10/10 or lunges 10/10
  • 20 yard crawl or 20/20 mountain climbers
