Get Ready for a Cardio Calorie Challenge!

The goal is to get as many Calories or Reps as possible during this 30 Minute Challenge!

You will complete this as a circuit moving quickly and efficiently through each exercise. Remember to keep good form on those Burpees and Step-Ups… We would rather one really good rep vs. a bunch of not so good ones!  

  • 20 calories Bike (substitute Run)
  • 20 Burpees, Squat Thrusts or any other modifications (GED’s) as needed!
  • 20 Calories Rower (substitute Run)
  • 20 Step-ups (10/10)
  • 20 Calories Ski or 200 Revolutions Jump Rope (substitute Run)
