Alternate Limb Strength
We’re getting the alternate limb kettlebell and body weight strength done at The Training Room.
This strength session uses opposing movements that will help balance us out.
Take your time on these exercises, be challenged and maybe try something you haven’t done before!
Go outside your comfort zone a little bit.
Here’s your alternate limb strength circuit:
60/30 x 4 rounds of the following movements
- Alternate suspended/sliding leg curls or marching hip bridge
- Renegade row or alternate arm band row
- Aunt Cindy’s (BOSU alternate leg abs) or med ball dead bugs
- Dumbbell or kettlebell see saw press
- Alternate leg lunge or weighted box step ups
- Light cardio
Here’s a great way use move core while doing see saw presses!
Give it a try!
Go here to register for the ergathlon.
This will be held at The Training Room on May 16.
Crush your Tuesday!
