It’s challenge day.
We’ve got a nice simple one lined up for you today and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
We haven’t done this one in a while.
Get in a good warm with a two rounds of kettlebell warm up.
Warm up should look like this:
Round 1
- 10 kettlebell swings
- 10 push ups
- 10 kettlebell high pulls
- 5 press
- 5 squat
- 5 thruster
- 5/5 one arm rows
- 15 jumping jacks
- 15 bicycles
Round 2:
- 4/4 one handed swings
- 8 push ups
- 4/4 cleans
- 4/4 presses
- 5 burpees
- 4/4 snatches
- 15 jumping jacks
- 15 bicycles
Advanced men should use a 24kg kettlebell in this challenge and advanced women should be using a 16kg kettlebell for the challenge.

It will look like this:
- 10/10 kettlebell snatches
- 2 burpees
- 9/9 kettlebell snatches
- 4 burpees
- 8/8 kettlebell snatches
- 6 burpees
- 7/7 kettlebell snatches
- 8 burpees
- 6/6 kettlebell snatches
- 10 burpees
- 5/5 kettlebell snatches
- 12 burpees
- 4/4 kettlebell snatches
- 14 burpees
- 3/3 kettlebell snatches
- 16 burpees
- 2/2 kettlebell snatches
