CrossFit Training Schedule

All athletes need to attend at least one of the intro classes offered before joining the group training classes.

Anyone who has not attended an intro class yet will need to make arrangements with Mike or Jim.  We will charge and additional $35 for anyone who did not attend the scheduled intro classes.

Here is the schedule of Crossfit classes that will be available for Summer athletes.

Monday:

  • 6-7
  • 9-10
  • 5-6         

Tuesday:

  • 3:45-4:30pm
  • 6-7pm               

Wednesday:

  • 6-7am
  • 9-10am
  • 5-6pm

Thursday:

  • 4-5pm
  • 6-7pm

Friday

  • 6-7am
  • 9-10am
  • 5-6pm

Saturday:

  • 7:30-8:30am
  • 8:30-9:30am

Speed and Agility Schedule:

In the event of rain, please stop by the park first.  If there is no one at the park then come over to the CrossFit Jersey Shore facility and come to one of the scheduled classes above.
