6 Minute Strength Sets for Thursday! We have a great Strength Set that incorporates all the major muscles groups and a finisher at the end to leave you feeling just right!
Wednesday is a Continuous Conditioning Circuit We have 10 Exercises switching each exercise on the Minute! You will rest for 2 minutes between each round and complete for a total of 3 rounds.
60/30 Strength Circuit. Kettlebell, Dumbell, Bodyweight or Bands!
Tuesday’s Strength Workout gives your options of using a Kettlebell, Bodyweight or Bands for every exercise!
