Don’t EVER skip out on Monday. Here’s tormorrow’s interval conditioning session!
Is your body telling you that you should go a little bit heavier and challenge yourself with some weights, or maybe back off and work on balance, mobilty and some cool body weight things?
For Thursday, you can take your pick of ANY kettlebell sport movement OR ANY cardio/conditioning item.
At the Training Room, we ALWAYS have exercise movement choices for every level!
We have A COMBINATION of some strength and conditioning in a couplet format but will finish up with a circuit using the same movements.
Tuesday is a conditioning day so you can challenge yourself as much as you want.
Pick any 2 conditioning exercises, kettlebell sport movement, or body weight calisthenic movement and alternate between the 2 of them.
If for some reason your not feeling the kettlebells on any particular day, there is ALWAYS another option for ALL exercises.
