Wednesday will be The Training Room Pentathlon Challenge!
The farmer carry relay can be done with a partner or solo and requires only two kettlebells or dumbells.
Come on in Saturday for this 25 minutes gem!
Friday workout will consist of a nice combo of some strength conditioning that can be done at your pace in the gym or easily at home.
Thursday is a conditioning day and we will be going with a twenty ten conditioning workout.
AGAIN, Friends don’t let friends avoid strength day!
Tuesday is a conditioning day and you’ll have your choice of doing your intervals with kettlebells or any cardio item you want.
Monday is a strength and conditioning combo day and we are on round 2 of the 4 week training block.
