Double Conditioning

It’s a cardio focus on Tuesday at The Training Room. Who’s ready for double conditioning day?

This is going to be a good one.

Speaking of conditioning, make sure to put your name up on the board for our challenge that’s happening on Saturday, March 1.

This challenge will be Saturday’s workout (no regular class schedule)  and the first heat will kick off at 7:30 AM.

The TR FIT 25 looks like this:

5 minutes of work on each item with a 2 minute rest between each.

Total up your calories, reps and laps for your score.

  • Ski
  • Bike
  • Versa Climber
  • Slam ball
  • Sled push

Here’ s Tuesday’s conditioning circuit:

40/20 x 3 rounds of each circuit

Circuit 1 (Stationary)
  • Kettlebell high pull
  • Mountain climber
  • Squat
  • Skater
  • Squat thrust or slam ball

Circuit 2 (cardio circuit)
  • Row
  • Bike
  • Versa climb or jumping jacks
  • Ski
  • Step ups

We will rest 1:20 between circuits.
