Supersets for Strength

Friday is a strength focus and this will be done in 2 parts.

We will begin with some supersets for strength which will include the following push/pull movements and intervals.

40/20 x 5 rounds

  • Ring rows or pull ups
  • Push-ups

40/20 x 5 rounds

  • Kettlebell swing or deadlift
  • Goblet squat

Part 2

40/15 x 4 rounds (stationary)

  • Curls
  • Tricep extension
  • Abs
  • Stationary cardio

FYI, Mike will be on vacation all of next week, so there will be no official 5 am class. Brian will be covering the 6 and 7 am classes, and VIvian will be doing the 9’s.
