Thursday is a conditioning focus, so we’re doing a classic Training Room 25 minute challenge.

  • 250 Meter cardio choice (bike 500)
  • 20 Kettlebell swings
  • 15/15 Mountain climbers
  • 10 body weight squats
  • 5 half burpees or push ups
