Now on with Friday’s conditioning….

Intervals and rounds: 5 total rounds or decending work and rest,
  1. 60/30
  2. 50/25
  3. 40/20
  4. 30/15
  5. 20/10

Take a 1 minute rest between each round.

Training Room Conditioning Circuit
  • Latetal step (hops, agility ladder etc.)
  • Bike
  • Slam ball/sledge/mace or squat thrust
  • Rower
  • Jump rope, jumping jacks, run or freestyle
  • Ski erg
