Just to let you know, we have a few things coming up at The Training Room that we are very excited about..
Upcoming events include:
- Our Fourth Annual Marathon Row will be September 25. Make sure you sign up for this online and also put your name on the sign up sheet at the gym.
- Explosive lifting workshop with Chris Reed on September 30
- New Warrior Conditioning Kettlebell and Body Weight Training with Sincere Hogan
It’s always great to get different perspectives from other fitness professionals. The Milkman and I don’t claim to know everything about fitness and this is exactly why we have other respectable trainers coming in to our facility. We love to learn from other trainers and we feel you should as well.

Let’s start the week off with some conditioning.
Warm up with a two round circuit.
40 seconds work/20 seconds rest x 5 rounds of the following conditioning circuit:
- Jump pull-ups
- squat thrust( no jump)
- kettlebell high-pull
- 1/2 burpees
- choice of row/bike/ski/or versa climber
Take 1:30 rest between rounds
How did you feel after this?
I suppose this would make a pretty good finisher for a strength workout.
