5 rounds

1 minute jump rope and 5r/5l kettlebell snatches with 24 kgs

Workout:

On the one minute mark for 15 minutes: 6r/6l kettlebell snatches

Then, 5 minutes of jump rope to finish off.

I'll be increasing my reps to 7r/7l next week.

Should be a blast!
