I hope everyone had a good week while I was away.  My vacation was awesome, the weather was great and the company even better.  Although I was on vacation I still had to put in some major training, since I am only 4 months out from the Ironman and 3 weeks out from the Jersey Shore marathon.  Here is my week in review.

Sunday 2o mile run:  Monday 1:30 ride, strength WO:  Tues 2hr ride, 40min run: Wed 1:00 Hard track WO:  Thurs 1:45 ride, strength WO:  Fri 22mile run (not fun!).

Last week was the 4th week in The Training Rooms 8 week workout cycle, so we will  be repeating week one starting today! This week starts out with KB deck of cards. Have fun!
