Hi everyone, this is my first post on my blog, and its coming to you from sunny Fripp Island SC, where I am on vacation for the next week.    I am 2 1/2 months into Ironman NYC training.   I thought I’d give you some insight on my personal workout routine and nutrition regimine and  how I go about designing the Training Rooms workouts.  Today started off with a nasty 20 mile run, 13 miles at 8:00min pace followed by 6 miles at a 7:15 pace and a 1mile cool down.  Tough but felt great, proper nutrition was the key.  Finishing this day off with masterminding your workouts for the week.  Now onto a cold corona and the Masters!  More to come!
