Floor press r/l
Single leg deadlift r/l

Any plank variation or get up r/l
One arm body weight row or alternate arm body weight row r/l
Rest
Finisher couplet
20 work 10 second hold for 8 rounds of the following…
Air squat hold 10
Half burpee hold the plank for 10
