1 Minute Intervals

Hey Training Room friends!

Thursday is a conditioning day.

We will be doing 1 minute intervals with a bunch of options to choose from.

1 minute on 1 minute off x 15 sets total.
Push yoursellf slighly outside of your comfort zone.

If you feel like you need to be doing something other then recovering during your rest interval, then push yourself a little harder on the work interval.

Pick any 3 cardio options , kettlebell sport options, body weight calisthenic options.

Some choices include the following…

  • row
  • bike
  • ski
  • run
  • sleds
  • jump rope
  • steps
  • sand dune
  • pegs
  • shaking it
  • Squat thrusts or burpees
  • kettlebell snatch
  • kettlebell jerk
  • kettlebell long cycle
  • dancing
  • Mace swings etc (ask us how)

Do 5 sets of 1 option, 5 sets of your second option, and 5 sets off the third option.

30 minutes total fun!
