1 Minute Intervals

Tuesday is a conditioning day.

We’ll be doing 1 minute intervals of your choice of movement.

Pick any conditioning movement or kettlebell sport movement!

We’ll do 10 sets total.
Work for 1 minute and rest for 1 minute for 10 sets.
